- High degrees of punch cushioning and dispersion is provided by a very comfortable cushioned grip and strike area.
- To increase safety for the trainer and the boxer, a wrist loop has been added.
- These paddles are made to diversify the exercise while enhancing speed and accuracy.
- The paddle’s shape also enables the trainer to tap or softly strike (or possibly harsher, depending on the situation!) the boxer to help them develop their offensive and defensive abilities.
