Namman Muay originated in 1960 in Thailand, where Thai boxers (Muay Thai) used it before or during training and matches. Since then, it has become well-known that Namman Muay can eliminate pain and stiffness, as well as increase alertness and energy in your body to make sure you get your best workout without injury.
Today it is essential for boxers, MMA fighters, crossfitters, soccer players, runners and other athletes.
